How long does the identity verification process take?

The identity verification process consists of two steps: information submission and review. For information submission, you only need to spend a few minutes uploading your identification documents and completing facial authentication. After that, you wait for MESSIAH's review. The review is typically completed within 30 minutes, depending on the country and document type you have chosen. If it takes longer than this, you can contact customer service to inquire about the review progress.

Can a user verify multiple MESSIAH accounts?

Each user can verify only one MESSIAH account. If you already have a verified account, you cannot use the same identity information to verify another account. To complete KYC verification for another account, you must use identity information that has not been previously used for verification.

Can I modify my identity information after verification?

You cannot modify your identity information. However, if there are inaccuracies in your information, you can contact customer service for assistance.
