How to Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

 

Since the account requires facial recognition, the Messiah platform currently only supports KYC verification via the MESSIAH mobile app. Please follow the steps below:

KYC 1: Basic Identity Verification

1.On the app homepage, click the identity verification entry at the top
2.Click “Start Verification”
3.Select your issuing country/region and document type, then click “Next”
4.Enter your first name, last name (ensure separation of first and last names), date of birth, and document number
5.Take or upload a clear, colored photo of your ID document
6.Take a clear, glare-free, unobstructed photo of your face
7.Wait for the identity verification review to be approved

 

KYC 2: Video Verification

1.On the homepage, click the top right to enter your personal center
2.Click “Verify” under your user UID
3.Click “Start Verification”
4.Select “Video Verification” to begin the process
5.Click “Start Recording,” turn on your camera, ensure bright and even lighting, appear in the frame, and read aloud: “I confirm to complete MESSIAH video identity verification.”
6.Check if the video is clear or re-record if necessary, then confirm and upload
7.Wait for review and approval

 

Notes:

1.Please use your own ID for verification. MESSIAH will not be responsible for any consequences caused by using another person’s ID.
2.Currently, only National ID cards or Passports are supported. Student IDs, Work Visas, and Travel Visas are not accepted.
3.The ID must be government-issued by your country/region of residence, and the photo must be a clear, unedited, colored original.
4.During video verification, ensure even and bright lighting, only one person in the frame, and do not wear hats, glasses, or accessories that obscure your appearance.
